About

We're building a quiet
piece of software.

The kind of tool you stop noticing because it gets out of the way of the work. The clinic still runs the clinic — we just stop the parts that should be invisible (compliance, handover, audit) from devouring the parts that shouldn't (patient time, judgement, conversation).

Origin

How Pracworks started.

Pracworks began as a side project to fix one specific thing: the annual accreditation scramble that swallows weekends and burns out Practice Managers. Three of us — Sharif, Moe and Omar — kept talking to clinic teams who'd inherited compliance binders, kept three Excel files going, and dreaded the next AGPAL/QPA visit not because they weren't compliant, but because proving it was its own full-time job.

The goal isn't to be the biggest player or the broadest. It's to be the one that GP teams in Australia actually want, and that quietly handles the bits they didn't sign up for — so the parts they did sign up for get more of their day.

Team

Three partners.

SharifFounder · product

Builds the product end-to-end. Tests every release as a Practice Manager would. Likes software that gets quieter with use.

MoeCo-founder · creative direction

Owns the visual language and the moment-to-moment feel of the platform. Pushed the iOS-style colour vocabulary that the app uses today.

OmarPartner · product direction

Sits in on roadmap calls and clinic-feedback cycles. Weighs in where founders need to disagree well.

Where we are

Private beta · May 2026.

We're currently onboarding a small cohort of GP clinics in private beta. The product is in active daily use by clinicians and Practice Managers, and we sit with every practice that signs up for the first 4–6 weeks — not to upsell, but to find what we got wrong.

Pricing isn't public yet because we don't know what it should be. Early-access clinics pay nothing during beta; when we've learned what shape the product takes, we'll publish honest pricing here.

If your clinic might fit, we'd love to hear from you — say hello.
