Privacy Policy

Pracworks is built for Australian general practice, and your data stays onshore. We collect the information your clinic enters to run its operations — tasks, registers, documents, incidents, rosters and team messages — along with the account details needed to sign you in.

We use this information only to provide and improve the service. We do not sell your data. Access is scoped to your clinic: members of one clinic can never see another clinic’s data.

We use a passwordless sign-in link (and, where enabled, single sign-on with your work account) so there is no password for us to store. You can request a copy of your data, or its deletion, at any time.
