Pracworks handles clinic and patient-adjacent data, so privacy is load-bearing. The production Privacy Policy will be published alongside the full launch. During the beta, the following holds:
- Your clinic's data is isolated at the clinic level. No cross-clinic read access is ever permitted by the API.
- We store the minimum personal information needed to run the platform: email addresses, display names, role assignments, and clinic membership metadata.
- Patient health information is not stored in Pracworks. Register entries, incidents, and documents are operational compliance data only.
- We do not sell your data, share it with third parties for advertising, or use it to train third-party AI models.
- You can request export or deletion of your clinic's data at any time.
